The Zippered Utility 5x3 is a big sized zippered pouch, designed to carry generic objects. It can contain an 1 Qt canteen. The inner volume is 2,1 liters.
The pouch’s body is made out of Cordura® 500D fabric with polyurethanic coating and DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish. The closure is entrusted to an YKK® zipper Aquaguard with water-repellent coating, sewn in a particular slanted design studied by FROG PRO®, which allows a full view of the inside of the pouch while opened.
The inside, covered with Velcro® brand Velour loop fastener, allows to organize the content of the pouch employing various types of inserts (such as MBITR Velcro Insert, 5.56 Mag Velcro Insert, etc.) and/or Multi Purpose Organizer panels (Multi Purpose Organizer Chiron vertical) in order to always find what is sought.
The outside of the pouch, made out of composite proprietary fabric LAHYCO, is provided with Multi-Dot MOLLE PALS system by FROG.PRO® which, besides the application of supplementary pouches, also permits the addition of screws or shock cord for retention of objects such as signal lights, chemlights, tourniquet, etc.
On the bottom there is a special netted ring, which enables water drainage but prevents dirt and debris from entering inside the pouch.
